P.E. Society's Pre-Primary and Primary School Thane, a school running in the central area of Thane city, has received Government approval on 26th March 1970. Today this school has completed more than 53 years. From the black and white era to today's digital era, the school has maintained an unceasing vow of innovation. The tradition and history of such an experienced and accomplished school is equally fascinating.
Running an organization is not an easy task at all. It is a big challenge to bring it into the form of a name, but the able-bodied secretary stood firm at every turn along the way. Organisation has got guidance of Mr. K. B. Joshi, Mr. Velankar, Mr. Oak, and now Mr. Alhad Joshi, which leads to the progress of the organization and it was reflected in the primary section as well.
On June 16, 1969, pre-primary and primary sections were started. In the first year, two junior and senior kg classes and a first standard class were started. From the year 1970, the class and the number of students increased and it was transformed into full fledge school.
